From Houston: Take I-10 to Seguin, Hwy 46 to New Braunfels, Turn right on I-35 to Hwy 306 to Canyon Lake, Hwy 306 to FM 2673, Turn left on FM 2673 to Sattler. Travel on FM 2673 about 1 mile to River Rd. (stoplight), turn left. Travel on River Rd. about 2 miles to Little Ponderosa. Cross the river and turn left at stop sign, 15TH house on the left, 1704 Ponderosa Drive.

From San Antonio: Take I-35 north through New Braunfels, exit Hwy 306 to Canyon Lake, Hwy 306 to FM 2673, Turn left on FM 2673 to Sattler. Travel on FM 2673 about 1 mile to River Rd.
